In some cases, a text message may not arrive even after the transaction is confirmed. Unfortunately, these messages are sent by a third party, and we are not able to address this kind of issue. If you see that your transaction is confirmed, but that you haven’t received a text message for some reason, then go ahead and try to collect your cash from the ATM. To do this, select “REDEEM” on the home screen, and enter your phone number.
But if your transaction is not confirmed then you will have to wait for it to be confirmed. After your transaction is confirmed you will receive the second text message.
